Dr. Levec is an educator, cybersecurity practitioner, technology leader, and founder of artificial intelligence, blockchain and education platforms. His professional practice focuses on the security of emerging and future technologies and how they influence society, organizations, and culture. His areas of research interest include secure AI, cryptocurrency and blockchain, quantum computing, cyberanthropology, digital risk, and the broader sociotechnical implications of technological change. He has a strong background in cybersecurity engineering, information systems security, cyber risk management, ethical hacking, and AI security. He has extensive teaching experience at universities and colleges in the United States, Europe, and Africa, working with diverse learners across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, anthropology, and related disciplines.
He holds a Ph.D. in Information Technology with a specialization in Information Systems Security, along with graduate and professional qualifications in cybersecurity, cyber risk management, anthropology, European public law, philosophy, and health and human rights. His interdisciplinary work connects technical innovation with governance, ethics, human behavior, and societal transformation.
